Anyone may add a new entry into the ICON database. New entries will be screened by an Administrator, and if valid, will be accepted. Guests who are not logged into ICON Online may add a new entry, but it will not be "owned" by any user and not editable in the future.

Any user logged into the ICON Online site may add a Provider Entry, and will then "own" that entry and be able to maintain it in the future.
